Have you ever looked up at the night sky, lost in its bigness, and felt a deep feeling of something indescribable, words within your soul, a longing, a question, a whisper of something greater?
I have always found myself looking up, never truly grasping the deeper story and what it meant…
Billions of years ago, before Earth existed, before the Sun burned bright, before life itself, there was only a vast emptiness, filled with hydrogen and helium.
The first stars were born from this cosmic breath, fusing elements deep within their fiery hearts.
They lived, they burned, and when their time came, they died in the most magnificent way possible, supernovae, cosmic explosions that sent their essence spiraling across the universe.
And in those dying moments, the fundamental parts of you were created.
Can you imagine this?
The carbon in your DNA, the oxygen in your lungs, the iron coursing through your blood, it all came from the hearts of these ancient stars….
You are not separate from the universe.
You ARE the universe…
Every atom in your body has traveled for billions of years through time and space, through the life and death of countless celestial bodies, only to arrive here, in you.
Does that change the way you see yourself?
It sure changes the way I see myself.
I just see it now , if we are made of the universe, then the universe is alive within us?
Every time I love, every time I dream, every time I ask myself why I am here… it is the cosmos asking too.
I was never small.
You have never been small.
We are part of a bigger puzzle, without truly realizing how vast it is.
The atoms that shape you once roamed among galaxies, and now, in this fleeting moment of existence, they have come together to form you, a being capable of wondering about its own origins.
So, the next time you look at the night sky, do not feel lost.
Feel found.
Because you are not just looking at the universe…
The universe is looking back at itself, through your eyes.
Real magic.
